Support
Getting set up
- Prop your iPhone up sideways (landscape) at about waist height with the screen facing you.
- Step back 6–8 ft (2–2.5 m) so your head and feet are both in view.
- Use good, even light and avoid a bright window behind you.
- Clear about 6 × 6 ft (2 × 2 m) of space and wear shoes.
The game isn't seeing my moves
- Make sure your whole body is in the camera preview (top-left corner during play).
- Stand still in the middle during calibration so the game learns your center position.
- Make moves big and clear: a real jump, a deep squat, a full step to the side, knees up when running in place.
- Baggy clothing or a busy background can confuse tracking; try a plainer background.
- If left and right feel reversed, turn on "Swap left / right" in Profile › Settings.
Playing on a TV
Use AirPlay Screen Mirroring to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV, or a USB-C/Lightning HDMI adapter. The game appears full screen on the TV and your phone becomes the camera and controller. Keep the phone propped in front of you, facing you.
Subscriptions
- Cancel or change plan: iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Arcade Run, or Profile › Settings › Manage subscription in the app.
- New phone or reinstalled? Tap Restore on the paywall or in Settings, signed in with the same Apple Account. Your history, streak and best scores come back automatically from iCloud if iCloud is on.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Calories and stats
Calories are estimates: a published intensity value (MET, from the Compendium of Physical Activities) for each game × the body weight you set × time played with the camera. Touch-mode play doesn't count toward minutes or calories. Change your weight in Profile › Settings.
Privacy
The camera feed is processed on your phone and is never uploaded. See the Privacy Policy.
